The GoldeNИaireS, the PNTGLLRYNTWRK affiliated golden-era hip hop cover band, make their (unplanned) public debut in honor of the latest in a line of lost legends: MF DOOM.

"It's sad that we don't get these moments of appreciation sooner," says The GoldeNИaireS lead multi-instrumentalist, Anacron. "Often, the well-deserved acknowledgement of artists like DOOM is only given when those artists are no longer able to feel grateful, rewarded, and inspired by them. This is a pathetic reality that can be changed whenever the music industry and consumers decide to do it differently."
Notably, this release wasn't intended to be The GoldeNИaireS freshman outing - it only arose as the sudden announcement of MF DOOM's passing shocked the outfit into an unplanned recording session. They're currently finishing up what was meant to be their first-quarter 2021 collection of golden-era hip hop covers; paying tribute to both lost AND living underground hip hop icons.
For now, sit back and bask in the new light this instrumental collection shines on some of your favorite MF DOOM classics. It's said that if you close your eyes and listen closely enough, you can hear that familiar, raspy cadence echoing through every bar of music.
